Mentoring – hands-on training that speeds adoption
When knowledge transfer needs to be made quickly, or when the learning scope is not clearly defined, we recommend mentoring services over a traditional training model. In a mentoring scenario, one of our consultants will work alongside a few members of your team. Our consultant will lead the work at first, answering any questions and documenting the process, gradually shifting responsibility onto your personnel. This hands-on approach speeds learning and adoption throughout the organization.
