Standard Case announces new SharePoint-based solution for Service Desk

Standard Case announces SC Service Desk 2008, first full service desk solution based on MS SharePoint.

SC Service Desk is a fully customizable service desk solution with groundbreaking reporting capabilities, role-based dashboards and unprecedented integration with other enterprise systems.

The solution also integrates with Portal Monitor. The tight integration means that issues discovered by Portal Monitor are automatically logged within the Service Desk solution thus improving the response time.

SCSolution Desk is currently undergoing software quality assurance and will enter closed beta stage shortly. Public availability is expected in Q4 2008.
